Why 13 inch? And why S300? 2nd gen i3 is a bit meh, right? If that's enough:
Lenovo Ideapad S400 (59-340453) Laptop (2nd Gen Ci3/ 2GB/ 500GB/ DOS/ 1GB Graph) - Lenovo: Flipkart.com

is surely the better option?
S400: 336.6 x 241.2 x 21.9 mm
S300: 330 x 230.2 x 22.4 mm

i.e. S400 is thinner than S300. Looks better too. If you can really go for 14'' laptops, there are far better options.
Dell Vostro 2420 Laptop (3rd Gen Ci5/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Linux) - Dell: Flipkart.com

That's 3rd gen i5 processor, 4GB RAM and 500GB HDD.

I agree with you,in 14inch lots of option are available but i want 13.3 only and in 13.3 inch only S300 is best option available i guess.
