As the title suggests, a friend of mine wants 2.1 speakers.
USB Port + SD Card Slot Required

Needs decent sound quality.

Max Budget 3.5k (The less, the better!)

I don't think so but they have good sound quality.

For the Op's friend needs there's two speakers I've found but there's no review about sound quality so the quality of components used and sound can't be guaranteed ;-)
