  2. We Reserve the Right to Hack the Planet
  3. We Should All Be Rewarded for Our Loyalty
  4. We Want to Reach A Real-Life Human Being… Who Cares
  5. Provide Us with Free Tech Support
  6. Ditch the Proprietary Connections
  7. We Demand the Ability to Upgrade Our Desktops
  8. Provide Us An Option to Redownload
  9. We Deserve To Own Our Software
  10. We Only Want To Buy Once
  11. We Should Receive the Right Cables
  12. Inform Us Of Update Schedules
  13. No More Upgrade Fees or Fragmentation
  14. Get Rid Of All Crapware
  15. We Demand the Right to Backup software / movies / etc.
  16. We Insist Upon Clarity in Product Version Numbers
  17. We Demand that DRM Be Done Right
  18. Command Clean Driver Installs - and Uninstalls!
  19. And Clean Installs and Uninstalls As Well!
  20. Give Us Better Update Reminders
  21. No BS. Enough Said.

Not sure about MS or Apple, but Sony's definitely gonna get MF'ed.
