Area-51 M15x laptop:
2.0GHz Core i7 920XM
1GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260M
up to 8GB of DDR3 RAM
500GB HDD or 256GB SSD
slot-loading Blu-ray drive
FireWire, gigabit Ethernet, a trio of USB 2.0 sockets
VGA and DisplayPort video outputs
ExpressCard slot, 8-in-1 card reader.

Only downside is that this is almost 2" thick and comes with 9 pound weight

which brand?price?

Alienware dude. price would be unimaginably high

sager and mtech had Desktop Core i7 Processors on Notebooks

nah. compare that to 45W TDP and they will be power hungry monsters and not at all recommended. moreover, you know how much heat core i7 generates!!
