Samsung 32 Inch LED TV 32EH5330 has the best panel and the best features in its price. It has USB play feature by which you can play almost all formats of videos included .mkv, .avi easily by plugging pen drive or portable hard disk.

Get a LED, and opt for a Full HD LED TV.
The best option for you is Samsung 32ES5600, it will cost you around 42k

Yes there is a lot of FHD over HD.
There will be a lot of difference in the PQ of both LED and LCD.

I don't feel any difference between HD Ready and Full HD for 6 feet. They are noticeable for 42 inch and above or if you use tv as monitor.
You can audition it yourself.but if you are getting HD Ready and Full HD for similar price it is wiser to get full HD.
