A Laptop under Rs 40,000

Hi everyone, I plan to get a Laptop. Budget of 40,000

Generally it will be used for Programming in Visual Studio,
Movies / Music etc etc , and occasional Gaming ..

Whats the best I can get ?

Any model / make you can suggest with the specs ?

I checked out one shop and a guy told me abt Acer Aspire 5583NWXMi

intel core 2 Duo T5500 ( 1.66 GHz)
Intel 945GM Chipset
512 MB DDR2 533MHz Mem
120 GB HDD 5400RPM
14.1" WXGA CrystalBrite TFT Screen
8x DVD RW
Wireless Lan
GMA950 Graphics with 128 MB Shared Memory
etc
etc...
Rs.36500 + tax of 4% , and I asked for another 512 DDR2 module, said for 2000 bucks i can get it ...
Is it possible to get a Geforce Go card instead of this GMA with in the Lap for my budget ?

Kindly guide me!
