A Simple Machines Forum Query

Recently when a new user tries to register on my forum after filling the form and clicking I Agree he reaches a page with following error

Code:

An Error Has Occurred!
You are not allowed to access this section

Can somebody tell me what is happening?

Go to Admin
-->edit features and options
---->scroll down to method of registration
----->make sure it is something other that diabled

I had this problem, when I first installed my board it defaulted to disabled.
