ADSL Speed for Utorrent

I have Zyxel P-660R-T1v2 adsl Router.

Somehow some ports are blocked by router hence i am not able to download using utorrent using full bandwidth of 512.
What all setting of router do i have to change so that bandwidth can be fully exploited.

u need to forward ur port to get the full bandwidth..

I have already done port forwarding using webbased config. prot seems to be no prob now but still download is limited to 30 Kb and there is a messeage saying "Download Limited" @ utorrent. See pic.

How to tackle this....
