While browsing The Hindu site i came to know that Al Jazeera International English News Channel has been granted the downlink license by IB Ministry in December, 2010.

Does the DTH providers added this Free-To-Air channel in their list?

Al Jazeera to broadcast in India - Middle East - Al Jazeera English

The Hindu : Front Page : Al Jazeera English comes to India

I doubt it. Not much people will be interested in the channel.

Not available.

Tough luck buddy. The thing is yet to materialize.

It was given license to broadcast in India and it did but it seems it is off again
