I think it's a pretty decent deal.
Getting equivalent graphical performance of the Y510p in a 35k package.
The CPU is still weak but at 35k one just cannot complain.

^As long as the Graphic processing is not being bottle-necked by the CPU , it should be okay.

It will be a hardcore bottleneck as that CPU is quite weak but as I said you can't complain at this price(I guess).

Can you just keep it on hold for like 5-6 hrs .. my brother was looking for one.. he might be interested. I can get back to you in said time, if possible.
