All in one compact Media Player[Audio/Video]/DVD/Blueray Player with USB & FM Tuner

I'm looking out for a compact media player which will supports all available video & audio formats especially through USB.
FM /AM tuner also preferred.

Movies & Music will be played through USB only so DVD or Blue ray Disc players unnecessary.

Connectivity options : HDMI required, Audio out for 5.1 speakers set..

please guide me.

Budget preferably around 5k but can spend more if some quality stuff available.
