HTC Desire X or LG l9.

Desire X GPU is cr@p, get Sony Xperia Sola.

xolo x900 is a great option..but less dev support..other phones..atrix 2..lg optimus l9..galaxy s advanced..

Its XOLO(LAVA), I have my doubts with service afterwards.

servicing is not a problem but a dev support..also it has odd resolution and x86 architecture..so app compatibility issues will be there..

XOLO X900 has a big problem. the screen resolution is odd and that means app may get unsupported. else it is one the better handset for 15-16k. Consider LG Optimus L9 or Samsung S Advanced.

Or galaxy siii mini, that'll be good too

optimus L9 is really good in terms of specs.. dunno about after sales services

Many people are getting the Optimus L9 , available at Flipkart, HS 18 at 18.5k

I don't recommend Desire X. It has disadvantages :
1) a 'not so good' GPU
2) no front camera
3) video at 480p only (no HD videos)

Moreover, I guess S Advance is getting Jelly Bean Update in January, making it worth!!!

Optimus L9 has the best specs under 20k, Dual core CPU with SGX540 and 1GB RAM.

Lg L9 is the one for u.. seriously awesome config for the price.....

Optimus l9 anyday.
Just close ur eyes annd bye one,
I hav it and i love it!!
Large 4.7 inch screen wid gorgeous color tone, decent cam wid 1080p video, dual core wid 1 gb ram, ics out of the box, 50 gb box cloud storage, and 18k price.
Dun buy desire x cz its nt dat gud....i hav done a lot of research myself on this.
And btw l9 has gr8 battery backup lasts for 2 days for me wid moderate use

I would not suggest going for Xperia Ion.
You can consider buying either Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S or HTC Desire VC.

@ankitmahindru ,no hard feelings but are you out of your mind ??? suggesting an Arc S / Desire VC over an Ion/Xperia S ???
And @op that price seems fishy.There must be soms loopholes.Maybe its being sold without bill.

Ion is a good option but at that price you will not get manufacturer warranty.
