Android Tablet/PSP/iPod Touch Just for Gaming

i Want to just play Games.

So i cant decide on Which of these 3 to Take.
The Budget is also low.

1} ANDROID TABLET

i) Karbonn Smart Tab 2
ii) Micromax Funbook

2} PSP

i) PSP E1004

3} iPod Touch

i) iPOd Touch 4th GEN

Pls tell me which is good for Gaming out of these 3.

i Know iPod Touch is the best, but its costly.

Can these Android TABS play all the High-End Games available on ANDROID EASILY ???
