^^ config is good.

Remove the KB, Mouse & speakers as not required by OP.

Use a 24inch Monitor instead of 22 inch as the budget Permits.

@ thetechfreak

OP also mentioned gaming and he can't game on a Firepro V4800. 3d rendering is still possible on a 6950 but not the level of accuracy achieved on a firepro card.
But the latter is completely incapable for gaming.

d3p5kor's config is ideal for op.

Just looked at some reviews and I found that gtx 570 is much better... I can increase my budget for that... what say ?

GTX570 [Palit Geforce GTX570 Sonic Platinum] will cost 19k - 21k. Instead of GTX570 i will suggest a MSI HD6970 2GB Twin Frozer II. Its has more VRAM unlike GTX570.

smcinternational.in, theitwares, deltapage.com, primeabgb etc are very reliable online shops. SMC is best online shop till now as their prices are cheaper in most of the cases and their aftersells service are also top-notch.

Primeabgb & SMC's are very much reliable. Just have a phone discussion before placing the order, its better for them to check the stock.

The price is way high. The price of APC 1.1 KVA black is not more than 4.5K in most of the places.

Have you already bought it,are u a student(learning cg?)
.
check my config its a bit old now,but u can build with upped ones in similar way.

it doesnt make any difference which graphics card you use, when u render, get a good gaming card its good, have a good processor with cooling, and more ram.

animation playback times will improve with pro cards(its diff. is small ,considering ur budget),mainly differences will be seen when u do lighting.
but if you are seriously into modelling, when you use very high poly models, pro cards will help u have smoother viewports.

there is no future proof systems in our field,3 years max.,your system would get unusable,
pro cards are not at all good for gaming,u can get lags.
