Another Vista Start Menu Emulator

This project has been started to all of you who’d still like to use Windows XP SP2 but also want to see the Start menu of Windows Vista.

When you run the program it shows only a button which is like the Start button of Windows Vista. You can move this button onto any location of your desktop. Clicking the button reveals the menu.

Thanks for posting

the most rubbish thing in vista is the start menu.

^^^ Actually Yes!! LOL

well, if u have an unorganised computer with files scattered here & there, then Vista's startmenu will be a boon to u. If your computer is organised, then the old menu based start menu of Windows XP was better

Exactly.
Esp if you have hundreds of programs installed and you use them regularly.
Thank god [and billy] for the search in the start menu!

Not so Good Not so Bad
Thanks for the software

Search is integreted everywhere in vista , that's the best thing.

it is fine

thnx 4 the software

It is too big and I also like the old simple xp start menu

not bad. they have done a nice job on the look and feel. somewhat useful...
