I just had BSNL fiber installed at home and the vendors installed this garbage Genexis Platinum 4410 ONU+Router. It's software is so atrocious its web server's passwords are in plaintext in the login page itself! If you have one, view page source.
I wanted to use dynamic DNS but not going to until I get a better model. I tried looking online but there are very few options, mostly from Syrotech, a company with not much reputation.
So are there any ONUs available from reputed brands?
Will using the ONU as a bridge to another router mitigate its safety issues?
