Friends!
Whenever I switch on/off the charging for the laptop, the laptop produces beep sound (in full volume) similar to the BIOS POST sound. This is heard even when I switch on/off the laptop in bios screen and after booting/ in windows as well. Interestingly no sound is heard when I switch the charging on/off if the laptop is in shutdown state. Is this normal?? Is there a way I can reduce the volume for pc beeps. I called the CC guys, they said that since it is a new model they have no idea and will arrange for call back after couple of days. I did not find anything related to this in the laptop documentation as well.
Laptop config: Lenovo Z 50-70; i5 ULV, non FHD, dos model.

PROBLEM SOLVED!!
There is a setting in BIOS where we can disable the "alarm for charging source change". Any way thanks to the forum, from which I have learnt a lot. I bought this laptop Z50-70; i5 4210U (1.7 GHz to 2.7 GHz), 1 TB HDD, 4 GB Single slot RAM (another vacant slot available), Intel Integrated Graphics, DOS for Rs.37000. Okay screen, very good sound, exceptional battery backup!
