Anyone using static IP (MTNL Delhi) ?

What's the procedure to get static IP ? Monthly charges ? Don't have no idea :-?
Also do I have any control over the IP I get ? I mean can I ask them to give me specific blocks ?

I think it is 100/pm extra for a static ip

Thanks. Confirmed it here - MTNL Delhi - Customer SelfCare Portal : Online Book Landline, Broadband and other services

Any idea about the second question ? Can I have a specific block of my choice ?

what do you mean by specific block?first block/set is fixed(59 or 117 for mtnl & bsnl),rest not sure but i am guessing most likely they won't let you choose.
