There are so many pictures in my laptop and few are same or alike but the name is different is there any simpler way to delete those all at ones or any easier way rather than manually going through it and then delete.
Are there any ways to directly delete the same pictures from the laptop?
I use Duplicate Cleaner from digital volcano (link: Duplicate Cleaner - Find Duplicate Files) to delete unwanted copies of files. It will group duplicated files together based on their md5 sum.

It's a very easy task you can delete pictures and files directly by using DuplicateFilesDeleter, it is easily available.
