I want to go for an audio upgrde for my pc and i have only 5000 to spent. So i searched the net and became more confused.so guys pls help.i want to buy a 2.0/2.1 system.which is a better option:-

1-A simple 2.1 setup from Altec,creative etc...
2-A cheap speaker+soundcard
(doea a cheap sound card really makes any difference?)
3-A pair of bookshelf+Amp from the grey market.

I am mainly into music and movies.I want good clarity and deep impacting baas ,not tons of bass all over the place that the logitechs offer(no offence intended towards logitec consumers, but honestly i have heard them and they sounded horrible to me.)
