is there a software where i can manage total bandwidth used by dividing the bandwith into 8 gb during day and 15 gb during night

For a paid app look for DuMeter but NetWorxx is the best free app ;-)

thanks for the reply.i am using dumeter..but i cant allocate 8 gb cap for daytime and 13 gb cap for night time..see thats the problem.

try Netbalance.
Though not sure if such functionality of Time based Bandwidth allocation is present in it or not.
