Tell me how to connect then all while PC! net is ON.
I want transfer big files from one PC to another.

1. Connect all the 3PC's to Switch.(Your 1st PC will need two NIC, 1 for broadband and other for LAN)
2. LAN them
3. On PC1, set your internet connection to share.

That's it.

why do u want to use DC++ ? you will waste a lot of cpu resources calculating the hashes. just use windows file sharing

Unfortunately I have only one NIC card(on board gone kaput) at PC1 and I want to share only data not net.

Ok then dump the idea #3 of sharing net. Follow other two intructions. When you'll be using net just unplug the LAN and vice-versa.

As you have only one NIC, you can't run internet and LAN at same time. Only one of them will work.

I know alliance broadband comes with Fixed IP. Just note them down. You need to set it again when you'll be using net.

And in LAN use 192.168.1.1, .2, .3, .... till you cover all the PC's.
Otherwise just set it to "Obtain address automatically"

Thanks!
Working but data transfer is very slow.
Showing 100Mbps connection.
Is there any way to transfer data faster ?
