Basic upgrade for arround 15-18k

Hi,
I got a request from my friend to upgrade his PC
he wants to upgrade his

Motherboard
Processor
RAM
Cabinet

All the other stuff he will be using from his old C2D

I a came up with this config for him, as he is into basic to moderate gaming
Processor:
AMD A8 3850 Gaming Processor Quad Core 2.9 Ghz
Price- Rs.7250/-

Motherboard:
GIGABYTE GA-A75M-UD2H
Price- Rs.6500/-

RAM:
Corsair Vengence 4 GB DDR3 RAM 1600MHz
Price- Rs.1700/-

Cabinet:
Price- Rs.1500/-

Please review the config and the prices i found out and give suggestions to improve it in his budget!

and whether his earlier 450W PSU will go along this config??!

at which resolution will he game at?

he isnt a hard core gamer!
he is more in to cs, nfs, assassins
so i think 1280x800

I'd say Llano is fine.

It seems a good product by AMD, at least the reviews say so!
I am trying to convince my friend to change his PSU also, but will 450W will be enough for this config??

If it is a reliable one, like Seasonic S12II 430w or FSP Saga II 400w/500w, it is more than enough.

Desi PSUs? I won't recommend at all.

Will tell him when i get hand on his pc!
