My friend wants to buy 2 android mobiles. 1 under 10k and other under 20k. Please suggest the best in the budget. The screen size of 10k mobile should be atleast 3".

What about galaxy Y ? Is it good ? Friend is inclined towards Samsung so he is insisting on Galaxy Y. And what about galaxy R for 19k ?
^^Galaxy Y is a good entry level android phone but the QVGA resolution is the downside.
Explorer is much better than Galaxy Y, have a look at both of them and then you will get to know.
And Galaxy R is nowhere available and if you get it somewhere also you won't get it for 19k, it will priced around 22k

less ram. poor camera. QVGA screen. oh small screen. bad battery backup. slow processor. and lastly cost 1k less. meaningless to choose Y over Explorer.
From my Opinion Galaxy Y Pocket for Under 10k Due to it's 3 GB internal memory & HTC One V Under 20k due to it's HTC with Android 4.0
