I am using Windows XP 64-bit version. What is the best Anti-Virus Solution for this system?

Try bit defender.....i think its good...m using it too.

is the working way of an antivirus software changes with 64 bit and 32 bit ?

yep, some 32bit avs dont work in 64bit and even if they work , they'll offer security 4 32bit and not 64bit
