My friend has a budget of 30K to upgrade his PC, and he wants to upgrade it to game at 1080p resolution at high graphics settings with Watch Dogs and other upcoming games.
Help please?

Oh come on! I made myself quite clear, and I'm not buying an entirely new PC! Did you actually read it?

Irony of the decade!

LOL......
I mean come on, OP please fill the questionnaire because if your friend is going to buy a new CPU+GPU, it amounts to almost the bulk of a PC which means that you are asking for a new PC........

OP's logic -
>can reply ''Oh come on! I made myself quite clear, and I'm not buying an entirely new PC! Did you actually read it?'' but cant fill the questionnaire -_- -_-

OP we need the questionnaire because we don't know what rig you have, what monitor you have, what components need to be upgraded and if you can extend the budget or not.
