Nokia X2-00. It has a 5 MP camera.
It is listed in Letsbuy for Rs. 4325.
I think it suits your requirements perfectly.
You can also look into the C2-03 - Nokia Touch and Type. This is available for rs.4422 @saholic. It comes with a 2 megapixel camera with 4x digital zoom, video recording & white balance modes. Other advantages are that it is a dual-SIM slider phone with 2.6 inch resistive touchscreen display. Also good if you intend to use messaging via IMs such as Gtalk, Yahoo, Windows Live, push email etc.
X2 comes with a 5 Mp camera with LED flash and 4x digital zoom. You can access emails through Nokia Messaging and stay connected via Ovi Chat IM & social networking widgets. Other features include Opera Mini browser, MS Outlook synchronization, Ovi Store.
