I searched for this motorola phone. But it says, it got a VGA camera. How can the two compare then?

Relax. This is a mis-conception, since it runs on Linux doesn't mean you have to write commands to send a message or listen to music, what it means is that its open and nothing is hidden from the user., meaning if you become capable of developing an application for it, you can do it and also change the phone's internal working files to tweak(hack?) to your heart's desire. It is a phone and will act like one.

Let me give an example., the phone got 4 shortcuts on the desktop of which only 2 are editable by default, but you can unlock the other 2 by editing the phone's internal files. The firmware which comes default with E6 doesn't allow you to telnet in to the phone. Telnet is nothing but browsing your phone's internal files using an interface like Windows Explorer. But there is an application called eKonsole which is a console like in Linux on desktop and using this you can edit that particular file which contains the shortcut details.

See, its things like these which show the true spirit of Linux, does any other OS does this, on phone or PC?

FORGET iphone frnd its a crap
FOR N73 ME u will get a bundled head phone and MMC its a awesome music fone
and with 3.2 MP not bad in cam quality either u can also record movies in DVD quality.

hey if u can get a iphone from us, i think that would be cool!! something to brag about atleast! and u can use it here jus the same as others, bcoz it got hacked and is now unloackable!

hey i'm comparing N76 n N73me where it shows that 73me doesn't support gprs n also how is N76 n whats the cost???

no let me clear the sound of N73 Me is good than normal 1 see bro m workin' for Mobilestore so any query let us know dont get confused.

sorry i didnt read bout N76 and plz dont go for N76 its a rubbish fone the cost is around 16k and as far as GPRS N73ME does support GPRS and also a 3G fone dont worry..

hey sorry for tht but m from mumbai and for god sake dont even think bout buying n76 coz it has 2mp camera whereas n73 has 3.2mp camera

ya that i know ki it has got only 2.0 but whats the price for it n whats the performance??

the price in mumbai is approx 16k and performance is not tht bad but u also cant compare it with n73me

first the diff between N73 and N73ME is the MMc card and all black casing,stereo head phones which r not bundeld with normal N73
next.Moto rokr is good phone but if ur importance is cam video quality and music the Hero is N73ME.MOTO has 2.0 MP while N73 3.2 MP and N73 can record Movies in DVD FORMAT.
but if u want to custimize ur fully and can sacrifice good cam quality (N73)
then go for MOTO.
or else N73ME u hav tonzz of softs for N73 which will make ur MOBILE even coooooooooooleer

Music - outstanding (supports more formats than N73me)
Camera - good (1600x1200 max res, less than N73me)
Video - outstanding (5hrs recording, more than N73me more formats)

Listen don't be in 2 minds, after researching all about N73 you ask a last question about E6, if you're going for N73me go for it, its a good phone

Not sure what you mean exactly but in my opinion no phone in the world can do a dvd quality recording.

hey frnds video quality is tooooo good but the file size r very big.. and abt the pic quality its good but i think k790i is good for still pix... but u can go for N73 it has got good pic quality...

photo size - 3.2 megapixel 2048x1536 pixels

pic quality k790 is the leader but video quality is really low compared to N73

yaa there r but i think they r not much powerfull like n series have.. but i'm not sure as in problem i dun think there is any probs with any of the cell but the only thing is that the video quality is not as good as N series.. n softwares for n series r easily available...... n r very good.. but no idea abt applications available for k790i...

@azzu N73 does not record video in DVD quality. Its actually close to VCD quality cause its only 352x288 at 15 fps. For DVD-like quality you need atleast VGA resolution at 30 fps.
