If you are a Firefox user, then the DownThemAll extension is one of the best that I have used.

Yup. DownloadThemAll is what I use. Works great + queuing & many other great features.

Yeah it help over slow internet but main purpose of Download manager is the ability to pause downloads and it immensely helps in case of large file download.

Not speed for all but with queuing and quite a few more features it's very convenient to use.

I see. Thank you for the information. I don't download much and on a 50 MBPS connection. So, I will skip them for now.

I only use JDownloader for large files. Other than that, browsers do a good job.
