Best GPU for 500W PSU

Hi
I want to buy a new graphic card with maximum budget of Rs.5500. I have 500W Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus PSU (I saw its blacklisted. Never knew Cooler Master PSU's were bad :sad:).WITHOUT CHANGING MY PSU what are the best available graphic cards without harming my CPU or PSU. I prefer 1 GB DDR5 grapfic card.

MSI HD 6670 1GB DDR5 for 5k.

I very recently got MSI R6670 1GB DDR5 for 5.4k, very happy with it.

Alright between MSI HD 6670 and Sapphire HD 6670 which should I go for taking into account all the factors such as after sales,cooling,durability,price. Which is the best bet.
