I would like to know which is the best LCD Monitor availble in the market below rs. 10Kto. Objective is to use it as a TV by hooking it to DAB/DCB device. And a pre-requisite is that it should have in built speakers. Wonder if you guys know much about this. Cheers!

I haven't heard of a monitor being used as tv but it's the other way around. If it's the case, make sure that you select the best LCD TV out there. I have a Sammy 32" lcd tv and it can be used as PC monitor as well although I haven't tried it yet but there's a connection at the back.
