Wants to know that which mobo (775 socket) will be best suited for the C2Q 8300 ?? probably high end & currently available in market too. prefer asus.

1. Go to the local asus distributor (rashi peripherals) and ask them what lga775 mobos they have.
2. Choose the one you want.
3. Call up / visit your favorite dealer and ask them to procure this mobo from the distributor.
4. Buy it.

what are the high end options ??

high end ones are rare to find. try second hand market.
