Hey I want to get a list of Modern Vertical or Sidescrolling shooters. The kind where you have to battle hoards of enemies with an arsenal of weapons. 3D games preferred...

ummm... forgot to mention, the sidescrolling or vertical scrolling entity should be a vehicle of some kind, either an aircraft or a spaceship or something like that. Think Raptor.

Alien Outbreak 2 would be my advice for you anorion. The game is really challenging and easy on eyes too. And forgot to mention, it is a vertically scrolling game.
