best smartphone under 13k

Now my father lost his previous phone recently and he has been looking to buy a new phone.
he is looking at more of a good looking phone rather than the power under the hood
how is the HTC desire C.
and how is the sony neo l
i was searching the net and found that it was quite good

Your father is one of the smartest man I had ever heard about, good that he dislikes Indian brands :doublethumb:

Now on topic: The best your father can buy now are:
1. Sony Xperia Sola
2. Lumia 710.

And if your father could just wait an week or two, the Lumia 620 would be best for him, it has looks, camera and features galore, it comes with Win 8 OS, but I doubt your father will be much interested in android apps and games, WP8 has many games and apps too, not just as much as android.

Desire C is to small and bad hardware.

Not yet, but there's Jiayu G4(looks uber sexy, much better than Micromax and has good specs), and MTV Volt(6" screen but 512MB RAM), both suck as far as A.S.S goes.

Phone like this is easily manageable, there's a chinese company, forgot name that is launching a cheap Tegra 4 based device, also there's Jiayu G4, monster of a phone for 12k. Its possible, but no company will launch it, as it will cannibalize their profits. Why give more when you can force a Adreno 205 and dual A5 down the throat of customers for 18k(yes HTC I am looking at you).

I agree, Jiayu G4 is damn sexy, I guess Q2 this year? I mean like mmx its all chinese, poor qc maybe, so why not gamble with the one most sexy looking?
