IMHO, increase your budget and get Gionee M2.

whats the warante on a gionee. and more so does it have SAR safety. am keen on samsung models basically require the phone for mobile netbanking and some interbet usage-android preffered ,simple camera,DUAL SIM,gps

you'll only get crap phones from crapsung at 5k budget. if you can adjust with WP interface, get Lumia 520/525.

Lumia 520/525 in Rs5k range?

Anyways, to the OP... if you want a real smart phone at Rs5k, just go for the el cheapo Chinese rebadged phones. No other choice at your budget. iBall and Lava have some models.

^ Lumia 520 was selling for around Rs 6000 on ebay a few days back.

Go for Dell Aero if it is still there in the market.

I would suggest Nokia 520 mobile,but you have to afford 1000 more.

Increase your budget by 2k and get Lava 406Q.
