Hi Guys i want a best all round sound card capable of producing good high quality sound on all round sound , movies, games and music collections. Also capable of passing HD, DTS-HD all HD movies sound files.

I will be using HD player so wanted the best all round card capable of producing extreme sound quality.

I have only x4 slot available as my dual card setup consumes all other pci and x1 slots.

I had seen that the third pci-e in my board can be set to x1 speed. But i dont want to limit for the same.

Not sure if x1 card can be fitted to the x4 slot.

Let me know is ASUS/Auzentech/CREATIVE the best sound reproduction.

There isn't such a thing in audio dept.
If u don't like xonar DX, you can search for Auzentech X-Fi Forte 7.1 ~9K..
