there should be some interruption between the applications (or) may be work of the viruses

I did faced similar problem in my Nokia 3110C Mobile - Mine problem was due to bad brand of bluetooth, Now changed to Enter brand and is working smooth :)

Can you please provide me steps to change brand of Bluetooth? I am new with it..
