I made my Odyssey 1 Gb Pendrive bootable by HP Flash Disk Manager

I am able to boot this Pendrive in my Old PC(celeron) but not in my Laptop(Hp Pav. dv 2122, Core2duo)
I even tried enabling USB booting in Bios in my Laptop but no use...
So Plz Help!
