Broken display of slate 6

I bought a brand new HP slate 6 voice tab about 40 days ago in delhi.

I hav just broken the display of my tab yesterday. :-(

I want to know what will be cost of repairing it from auth. hp service centres.

And also is there a way to claim warranty on broken display..

i think they should repair/replace it free of cost if it wasn't intentionally done.

Just take it straight to the service center or call the tech support number. They will tell you the cost. I don't think the screen is replaceable. It might be a whole unit replacement.

Nope, screen does not break by itself. He will have to pay for the repair.

He has to pay for the repair since it is understood that the display will not be broken by itself.
