Hi Joseph,

Just write an application to the DGM of ur area's Telecom Circle. Get it attested by a superior in ur Dad's office or the office in whose name the cnxn is made.

Attach a self-attested photocopy of I-Card given by the employer and submit it at the office.

That's it. It'll be processed and activated in ur next month's bill. (Maybe same month if u're lucky, as I was :) )
