you may end up getting something more or less equivalent or better if you wait 6-9months, for GPU maybe more.
invest those 70K in shares and voila after 6-9 months u can get two of those kind

For that budget you won't get more than E6400, 17" CRT monitor, el cheapo microtek 800va, average mobo, 7900GT
