1. Budget?
6-10K
2. Display type and size?
<4.7"
3. Dual sim?
Not needed, but will be a nice addition.
4. Preferred choice of brand?
Nokia, LG, ASUS or others
5. What camera option you want (flash, front facing camera)?
Good camera required, flash not compulsary
6. Preferred operating system? (Android, iOS, Windows Phone, etc).
Windows (First preference, Android)
7. Preferred connectivity options (3G, 4G ready).
She wont be using Mobile Data. 3G is pretty much standard, no need for LTE.
8. Primary use of handset (multimedia, camera, internet, gaming etc)?
Call, Games, Camera.
9. Any specific mobile phones in consideration?
I am thinking of Nokia Lumia series, just want to check other phones too
10. Any other info that you want to share

A new mobile for my mom is pending from a long time, it just keeps postponing. thinking I will present one for mothers day next month.

She know how to use Android or atleast she uses a android tablet to play some games. but that's about it. I am thinking of Windows Phone as its easier to use for older people.
She needs a smaller phone but I don't think any good phones are available in smaller package.

its big!! my mom wants a smaller phone.

My gf is using it for 5 days or so and she has average women size hands. She is loving it and on a side note if interested get black color coz it has matte finish whereas others has a glossy finish.

Redmi 2 is good but if your mom wants an even smaller phone, Moto E 4g is good too (I find it overpriced though)
