Any. I'm ready to waste time to remove Bloatware.

7. Preferred connectivity options (Dual 4G,802.11AC/5Ghz(not 5g mobile network) wifi).
I don't thing 5G is amiable in such low budget.

WhatsApp, Telegram, YouTube. Chrome. Photography, Music on the Go.
I don't prefer to Watch Video or play Games on tiny screen.

10. Any other info that you want to share
I will use this phone in my daily life as primary one.

Any other info you need please let me know. I have Old Redmi Note 7S right now.

Is under 10k your fixed budget? If you can extend a bit you could get a Samsung M12 or a Realme phone. Alternately you could get a Redmi 9.

I have increased my budget to 12K.
Heard Redmi Note 11 Series coming soon.
But Redmi always unavailable.
Fake demand and supply tricks.

RN11 has launched at 13k, decent for the price, except it boots android 11 out of the box apparently.

How ?
Tell me in full details.
I know nothing.
Google it, search xda forum, best place for custom ROMs. Each phone has its section at xda, that is the place to look. You have to do your own research if you are going down that rabbit hole. I stopped rooting & ROMs because it was not worth it. Only advantage I might get by using a rooted phone will be system wide ad blocker. Earlier, esp in my old Nexus 4, the phone just lacked some features, hence custom ROM was required.

I tried that site long ago. Not much support for 7S. They only care about High end models. For cheap Chinese mobile not much help or threads there. Thank you

Dude, it took me 2 seconds to google it. This doesn't looks like "Not much support for 7S."

Note 7 and 7s are basically the same phone

Yes, Google only giving Redmi Note 7 Pro. Nothing for 7S. Both are not same. You can check yourself. I don't think both are same.

Do you have a Note 7, 7S or 7 Pro?

7 and 7s are same. 7 Pro is different.

Not an easy process.
Boot Unlocker
Then Custom Recovery.
Then Flash Custom ROM.

Unlocking Boot Loader is most tough and confusing.
Need MI Account first.
Most serious problem is to unlock boot loader i need internet on PC and internet on mobile.
I don't have broadband net.
So if my phone is not working then no net on PC.
In simple word I can't unloack my phone without another phone(internet source).

Then simply get a phone which has close to stock android rom, like Moto G31.

Looks like I have no choice but have to buy phone without any offer or exchange.
Most irritating this is there a too many phones with a little price different these days. Very confusing and frustrating.
I increased my budget to 13K.
I have Micromax In Note 2, Infinisx 11S, Redmi Note 11 and Moto G31 in my short list.
Camera and Screen my priority.
Strictly no gaming.

Moto G31 Camera not good according to reviews.
Where Redmi Note 11 has better Camera.
That's what I am seeing on reviews.

there is no BEST phone having all good features. you are required to set your priorities. in my case, i would go for G31 for its clean UI.

I want but I can't.
I couldn't find any reliable option to do that offline.
i checked that once but since i didn't had time to research, i didn't go for it despite having all resources.
