P

Now most of the Online shopping sites list mobile prices. Though there is a lot of difference in the actual street price and online price. You can reduce these prices by about 10% and read as street price. These are some of the sites to consider.

InfiBeam: Gifts to India | Online Shopping India | Apparel, Books, Cameras, Watches, Mobiles
www.flipkart.com
Online Shopping India - Buy Mobile Phones, Digital Cameras, Camcorders, Laptops - Send Online Gifts to India - adexmart

www.flipkart.com sells at less price compared to infibeam.

Can you be more specific in the features you are looking for in the phone? For this budget you can get Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini pro for 11.5K, LG Optimus One P500 for 11.2K.

However if you are willing to spend bit extra then you have access to some good android phones. You can look at the SPice Mi410, Samsung Galaxy Ace, HTC Wildfire S, Motorola Defy etc. Except the Defy which is around 14.5K, the rest are around 13k

Both N8 & iPhone4 are good phones but in completely different categories and Milestone is a tablet. If price is not the constraint, amongst all 3, iPhone 4 would be the choice.

Who said that milestone is a tablet?

anshul_sood said:

Checked it on Infibeam. They have the lowest price for this product. Motorola Milestone Tablet Xt720 Price India, Motorola Milestone Tablet Xt720 Review & Features, Buy Motorola Mobiles - Infibeam.com

anshul_sood said:

Wrongly listed then. It has just a 3.7" screen. Not big enough to be a tablet.

anshul_sood said:

Is there a particular screen size that qualifies to be a tab??

Usually anything above 7" is a tablet. When Dell launched the 5" streak, it was called a smartphone with identity crisis

Came around this site: ShopWi.in : Cell Phones, Unlocked GSM Phones, Bluetooth Accessories, Mobile Accessories, Tablets, MP3 Players and More

The prices here are unbelievably low....like Optimus 2X for 21.6k!!! :-o

Has anyone of you tried it and is it trustworthy?

My eyes came across this thread, just at the right time!!! :-D

no Milestone isnt a tablet.....a few guys suggested that N8 being a good multimedia phone...only draw back being 1)Symbian Apps(games,Software etc etc...), 2)Web browsing 3) Gets hanged .....my question is...does the Nokia N8 hang too often...i mean i cna handle the Symbian and Web issues....

a Phone hanging down too often...is one of my biggest dislikes....

^^nokia N8 does hang often....still its a pretty decent phone!

Not sure if that is a correct picture about N8. I haven't used it personally, but friends who use it vouch for it and it is one of the most sought after Nokia models in this segment. Still a good bet for people who don't want to use android phones or iPhone
