buying an android within 13-15k.....????

If you can buy online, then go for Defy, otherwise have a look at these two phones:
HTC Wildfire S
Samsung Galaxy Ace

yes i think ace is a better option then wildfire.....but do i have any other choices ????other that these two

defy & mini pro are targetted at different users. anyone having doubt which mobile suites him/her needs better look at the defy vs mini pro thread. those who have already owned some 3-3.2" mobile or want to enjoy Android in a big screen should go for defy. rest, mini pro.

i m not interested in mini pro....hence choice left is defy but defy is not available ......?

Have you tried the online sites. If you are sure you want to buy the Defy, there are many online sites you can buy it from. They deliver for free and pretty fast as well.

There is a similar thread *www.thinkdigit.com/forum/mobile-monsters/145508-suggest-android-mobile-within-10-16k.html discussing good android models between 10-16K, but most of the popular models discussed are between 13K -15K. Maybe you want to have a look.

one can find defy for 14k on ebay and a 5% coupon on that makes it 13300...

This is what I've been stressing on but people just don't get the point. If Ace would have been priced for around 11k only then it would have been a good buy but at 15k when one can get DEFY why bother to think about ACE??

well, we know which is better of both & why. if they still wish to go ahead with Ace, let them buy it freely. by 2012 they'll realize why we asked them to go for Defy when Ace battery backup will come down, no of new custom roms will become less & less.

defy is available in delhi..check out croma..

for 15k HTC Desire is also a very good option but its battery back up is not that good...

Why don't you consider Spice Mi 410?
