4. Preferred choice of brand? (any Except chinese or Indian companies(sry)
5. What camera option you want (flash, front facing camera)? Flash,Front , i give Addition points for camera 8mp +++
6. Preferred operating system? (Android, iOS, Windows Phone, etc).Droid /(but can suggesst windows also (so i can compare)
7. Preferred connectivity options (3G, 4G ready).3g , (4G optional only )
8. Primary use of handset (multimedia, camera, internet, gaming etc)? [Camera mainly , then multimedia HD, )
9. Any specific mobile phones in consideration? 13mp camera and good battery life
10. Any other info that you want to share I hard Lenovo Have a 13 MP camera Phone , Is it good one , how is the other specifications , battery backup ? future os support ?

Moto G (2014) or Lumia 730 depending on preference
both are safe buys ,have similiar specs(730 has a better front and back camera),great after sales and quality for both

stick to moto,lenovo is bad in the software front(bloatware and lack of updates,optimisation etc)
avoid samsung and lenovo
sony is worth looking at but moto is the best overall
moto has decent after sales and quality
