I just upgraded my system from i7 4790 to i7 8700k. Now I also want to upgrade my cabinet. I currently have Antec GX900.

USB 3.1 Gen 2 can be in both forms, Type C and Type A.
Specify what exactly you need and we can look into that. Also, since you will be using front panel headers for this, specify which motherboard you are going to use, just so we can be sure it has the correct headers.
i don't think there is any mainstream cabinet that offers a "large number" of front panel usb ports-at the most you can expect it to have 3-4 ports.
However after a bit of searching i found this:

This is the antec 1900 which appears to have around 6 usb ports(which is a bit unusual)-if you don't mind its humongous size and lackluster appearance then you may consider checking it out.

Yes the budget for cabinet only is 20k. I dont upgrade my cabinet as quick as internals. I am still using a Corsair 400R & Antec GX900 I bought in 2010 & 2012 resp.

I dont use many HDDs. I have 3 SSDs + 2HDDs setup in every system I own.
I would like a large case as maybe I will be upgrading to E-ATX X299 system some time mid next year.
I need good build quality + atleast 4 Front USB, I'll add USB3.1 as accessory as cases dont seem to have it.
