i want to change my phone to w580.
can i change it?

I don't know about W580,but this tutorial will help you to convert it into W610i.

No, K550i can be modded ONLY to W610i. The hardware is different is W580i.

no where close.. its a slider phone... and k550i is not..!
and hardware i totally different.. that to display are different..
