Can i sue Samsung for misleading and fraud ? (Misleading Monitor)

There you can see it is clearly written that my monitor support 75x75 wall mount.
Well i went and bought a Flexible monitor stand which support 75x75, and this is what happened.

As you can see, there are no holes to drill the screw for a 75x75. Samsung made me lose my money and mislead me.

So these holes dont line up?

Obvious question: Is the wall mount the right one ?
Try measuring them both.

Perhaps it's some miscommunication. Have you tried contacting their customer support first and ask for clarification? Also check online to see if others have the same problem.

They should set you up with the correct mount. I've heard friends have this issue with different brands and later having it resolved.

I tried calling them at their helpline :1800407267864 But it says this number is invalid

Apparently i need a BRACKET WALL , which clearly didnt come with the box. How can i buy this??

You will get bracket wall from Amazon/Flipkart.

Now you can sue them for not giving bracket wall.
