Can anyone help me to change the screen resolution for viewing in a
mirror, My eyes are getting several troubles by long hours of computer usage, i am using a CRT montor?

I have to change the screen resolution exactly as a mirror so that i can use the computer from looking on the mirror

Because of Computer giving you sore eyes, there is no need to view the reflected
image in a mirror!! Do the following , your eyes will be fine.
1) Reduce the contrast & brightness of the monitor , keep the brightness at 5,
and the Contrast at 45.
2) After 3 or 4 hours of computer usage, take a short break and do this exercise.
It's called Palming - close both your eyes fully with palm of the hands & relax.
Open your eyes slowly after 2 or 3 mins.

Basically these will help. I also had the same burning sore eyes & other problems
I did these & other eye-excercises and I was feeling fine afterwards.

Better get a LCD monitor if u use computer mainly for reading/office work. Most important thing is KEEP BLINKING at intervals(often consciously)...that prevents drying up and all that trouble.

Ps: Mirror idea is weird.....

refresh rate is the key to strainless viewing , keep the highest possible refresh rate on certain resoution , 85Hertz will be good.

Or do opt 4 a ultra-violet+anti-glare specks while using computers.
It wud go around 800 with frame.
I also faced the same sort of problems 2 years back. Using ultra-violet specks since then. No more strains.
Dont make matters complex by looking in a mirror
